Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: which is better for a small business?
Both are solid. Google Workspace tends to suit browser-first teams that collaborate heavily in real time. Microsoft 365 suits teams that rely on desktop Office apps, Excel-heavy workflows, or clients who work in Microsoft. We recommend based on how your team works, not a preference of ours.
Can you migrate our email without downtime?
Yes. We migrate mailboxes, calendars, and files in the background while you keep working, then switch mail delivery at a planned time. Email authentication records are updated as part of the move so messages keep landing in inboxes.
How do we stop paying for unused licenses?
We audit license assignments against actual sign-ins and usage, remove or downgrade what is not needed, and set up offboarding so licenses are reclaimed when people leave.
Do solo founders need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
